Warranty Coverage
The warranty details for the official products (hereinafter referred to as "the products") purchased from the official PAXTON website (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by AINEXT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions on this page regarding exchanges and returns. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must complete the owner registration (free) included with the product. Service will still apply even if the order registration is completed after a malfunction.

Warranty period
It will be applicable for 12 months from the date of purchase.

About the 30-day trial
If you purchase PAXTON from the official website, there is a service separate from the usual warranty terms that allows for a free return within 30 days if it does not fit your body.

These terms do not overlap with this service and indicate the buyer's guarantee.
*Both the 30-day trial and the guarantee are automatically applied and the purchaser has the rights at the time of purchase.

Warranty Overview
In case of initial defects: all parts are replaced free of charge.
Damage or failure of parts during correct use: Parts listed below can be replaced free of charge for damage or defects within one year.

*Due to the nature of the cushion on the seat, the firmness may vary depending on the person, but please understand that this is not covered by the warranty.
In the case of intentional damage: Unlike normal use, if the product is intentionally damaged, it may not be covered by the warranty.

Warranty scope
The warranty is valid if installation and usage are performed according to the included
instruction manual during the warranty period. We will respond with exchanges or sending of parts.
Even during the warranty period, the following cases are not covered by the warranty.
"If the device is damaged due to use other than the correct usage methods described in the instruction manual"
②Failures or damage to the main unit due to modifications or improper repairs.
③ Malfunctions or damage to the main unit due to falls or accidents during transportation and installation after purchase.
"If a malfunction occurs due to deficiencies in maintenance and servicing, or deficiencies in storage."
⑤ Failures or damage to the main unit caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, typhoons, wind and water damage, and lightning strikes.

⑦ This warranty certificate applies only to use within Japan. Use outside of Japan is not covered by the warranty.

- We do not perform repairs on-site or during visits.
- These terms may be changed without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions are based on the above provisions for exchange handling and do not limit the legal rights of the customer.
- We do not provide a loaner device during the repair or replacement period. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event that it is determined to be outside the warranty coverage, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping costs.
