1. These terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this service between the user and the company.

1. Users shall manage their user ID and password for this service at their own responsibility.
2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. Our company considers the use of a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information at login as use by the user who registered that user ID.
3. Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the user ID and password by a third party, except in cases where our company has intentional or gross negligence.

1. In this service, a sales contract is established when the user applies for purchase to our company and our company notifies the user of acceptance of the application. Ownership of the product shall transfer to the user when our company hands over the product to the delivery company.
2. Our company may cancel the sales contract in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following reasons.
   1. When the user violates these terms
   2. When delivery of goods cannot be completed due to unknown delivery address or long-term absence

3. Regarding payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation methods for purchase applications, or return methods related to this service, they shall be according to methods separately determined by our company.

Copyrights or other intellectual property rights of product photos and other content provided by this service (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belong to our company and legitimate rights holders such as content providers, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise reuse them without permission.

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activities
3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in this service
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or networks
5. Acts of commercially using information obtained through this service
6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
7. Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
8. Collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., about other users
9. Impersonating other users
10. Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company’s services
11. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

1. The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to users if it determines any of the following reasons.

   1. If any provision of these Terms is violated
   2. If it is found that there are false facts in the registered information
   3. If the credit card reported by the user as a payment method is suspended
   4. In case of non-fulfillment of payment obligations such as fees
   5. If there is no response for a certain period to contact from the Company
   6. If there has been no use of this Service for a certain period since the last use
   7. Other cases where the Company deems the use of this Service inappropriate
2. Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to actions taken by our company under this article.
   

Users may withdraw from this service by following the prescribed withdrawal procedure.

1. Our company does not guarantee that this service is free from actual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users through this service. However, if the contract between our company and the user regarding this service (including these terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, our company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances caused by our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in breach of contract or tort, including cases where our company or the user could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages.
3. Our company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users or between users and third parties in connection with this service.

Our company may change the content of the service or suspend the provision of the service without notifying users and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Our company may change these terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. If a user starts using the service after the change, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

Our company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy.

Notices or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted by the methods prescribed by our company. Unless the user submits a change notification in the manner separately prescribed by our company, the currently registered contact information shall be deemed valid, and notices or communications shall be sent to that contact information, which shall be considered received by the user at the time of sending.

Users may not transfer or pledge their position under the usage contract or their rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

1. The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall be excluded in relation to this service.
2. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
