The warranty details for the official products (hereinafter referred to as "the products") purchased from the official PAXTON website (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by AINEXT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions on this page regarding exchanges and returns.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must complete the owner registration (free) included with the product. Service will still apply even if the order registration is completed after a malfunction.

It will be applicable for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you purchase PAXTON from the official website, there is a service separate from the usual warranty terms that allows for a free return within 30 days if it does not fit your body.
